Rightscope Beta — Terms & Conditions

1. This is a beta

The platform is live and improving. Features, pricing outputs, and recommendations may change, contain inaccuracies, or behave unexpectedly as we continue development. That’s the nature of building something new — and exactly why your involvement matters.

2. Estimates are not guarantees

Pricing ranges, timelines, material suggestions, and project recommendations are AI-generated starting points for research and planning — not professional advice. We’re continuously improving accuracy, but you should always seek independent professional guidance and formal quotations before making any financial or construction decisions.

3. Your responsibility

Any decisions you make based on Rightscope outputs are yours. We can’t be held responsible for project outcomes, cost discrepancies, contractor performance, delays, or losses arising from use of the platform.

4. Your data and how we use it

To improve the platform, project information you submit — including descriptions, images, selections, and estimate interactions — may be used internally for debugging, training, and product development.

We take your privacy seriously. Our full Privacy Policy sets out exactly what data we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and your rights under UK GDPR — including the right to access, correct, or delete your information. Please read it alongside these terms.

We will never sell or publicly share personally identifiable information without your consent.

5. Cookies and analytics

6. Our intellectual property

Rightscope’s software, workflows, pricing logic, AI systems, designs, and platform functionality are proprietary to Rightscope-AI Ltd. Please don’t copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the platform without our written permission.

7. Confidentiality

By using the Rightscope beta, you agree to keep confidential all non-public information you encounter through the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, unreleased features, pricing methodology, AI logic, product workflows, questionnaire structure, platform architecture, and any business information not publicly available.

You agree not to disclose, reproduce, or share any confidential information with any third party without prior written consent from Rightscope-AI Ltd. This obligation remains in place for two years following the end of your beta access.

These confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that is already publicly available, that you can demonstrate you developed independently, or that you are required to disclose by law.

Breach of this clause may result in Rightscope seeking injunctive relief or damages.

8. Feedback

Any feedback, bug reports, or suggestions you share may be used to improve the platform. We’re genuinely grateful for it — it’s the most valuable thing you can give us right now.

9. Who can use Rightscope

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the platform.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

11. Access

We reserve the right to suspend or remove beta access at any time if the platform is being misused or if your behaviour negatively affects the product, team, or other users.
